2. Teamwork Makes the Dream Work

This is a performance opportunity workshop designed to walk you through every step of creating an improvisational performance set. We will work on chorus setup, musical analysis, shape shifting formations, dancer awareness, and building the show. This mixed level workshop will incorporate basic improv foundational movements, as well as integrate signature WCBD dialect from our Saturday morning workshop for those who attended. All our hard work and practice will culminate in a performance set with WildCard BellyDance in the Saturday evening show. Be part of the magic of creating art in the moment! Basic knowledge of improv/FCBD® foundational moves will be helpful. Attendance in our Dialect 1 workshop is not mandatory, but encouraged. Please bring your finger cymbals if you have them! This workshop is part of the criteria to earn the WCBD dialect completion certification.
