4. WildCard Dialect 2

This workshop focuses on WildCard fast dialect movements that take up space on stage. Passing, fading, traveling both vertically and horizontally, and circling. Movements that can easily work for duets and are dynamic for larger groups of dancers. Every WildCard dialect movement is cued out of a classic FCBD® move and can be seamlessly integrated with any improv format immediately. We’ll cover WildCard’s cueing, counting, and traveling tips and we’ll build on easier-than-you-think concepts for keeping your movements clean and sharp. This workshop is part of the criteria to earn the WCBD dialect completion certification. Basic knowledge of improv/FCBD® foundational moves will be helpful. Bring your finger cymbals!
